If an individual under the age of 18 has sufficient physical development and with parental consent, this surgery can be performed for selected cases.\n<br>\nThe surgery can be done under general or local anesthesia. My personal preference is towards general anesthesia because it is much more comfortable for the patient.\n<br>\nWhether your surgery will be open or closed is decided after your examination. However, I must note that the choice between these two techniques does not significantly affect your recovery.\n<br>\nYou will stay in the hospital for a maximum of one day.\n<br>\nThere is usually no pain in the nose after the surgery.\n<br>\nSince I use self-dissolving tampons, you will not have any problems with tampon removal.
